The hotel features a complimentary beverage service upon arrival, it was a lovely touch. i found the breakfast selection substantial, with a chef preparing items freshly. the staff readily assisted with local information and also secured luggage storage until my departure. This was convenient. the location is central, granting simple access to trams, shops, and diverse restaurants nearby.
the stair access to the lobby may present difficulty with mobility concerns or substantial luggage.

the room benefited from individual color schemes on each floor, this added visual interest. i found the adjustable heating effective. the bed, notably large. provided comfortable sleep.

great location helpful staff varied breakfast thoughtful design
The location was great for getting around. the staff were helpful. They answered all my questions clearly. breakfast included many choices. the room design showed careful thought.
my room felt quite dark, even during the day, a bit hard to see things properly. it was very small, with minimal space to move around or place luggage.

attentive staff central location nearby eateries nice happy hour
The reception staff were attentive and helpful, always offering drinks. the location could not be more central. I walked to all major attractions. i found many places to eat close by, very convenient. the happy hour was a nice bonus after sightseeing.
The room lighting was dim. It was sometimes difficult to see, even with all the lights on.
